Load the Amazon returns report
- Seller Central → Orders → Manage Returns
- Set the date range, then Download report
- Open the file, select all, copy, paste below
Rows are added to what's already here and matched on order ID, so re-importing an overlapping range is safe. Keep loading every week — that archive is what lets a return with no packing slip still resolve months later, after Amazon has anonymized the order.
Load customer names and addresses
The returns report has no buyer details, so this comes from a second file. Orders → Order Reports → Unshipped/All Orders, download it, paste below. It's matched to returns on order ID.
Shopify orders — covers eBay and Walmart too
Everything syncs into Shopify through Marketplace Connect, so one export covers all four channels. Shopify admin → Orders → Export → plain CSV. This fills in searchable orders, customer details and SKUs for the channels the Amazon report doesn't reach.
Bin locations — refresh weekly
Two columns from Veeqo: SKU and location. Paste the whole export. This replaces the existing list rather than adding to it, so a SKU that moved shelves can't keep pointing at the old bin.
Managers
Email addresses that can see the Queue, Trends and Orders tabs, settle refunds, and run imports. Everyone else gets Receive and Putaway only. Matched against the email Cloudflare Access verified, so it can't be faked from the browser.
Who works the station
Names that appear on the sign-in screen. Everyone signs in once per shift and every return they log carries their name.
Housekeeping
Cleared returns older than 120 days can be trimmed to keep things quick. The order archive is never touched — that's the part you want to keep forever.
